Frequently asked questions
How do I report or block someone?
Open the person's profile and tap Report or Block. Choose a reason when reporting. Our team reviews every report. You can also email us at [email protected] with details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account inside the app from your profile settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, photos and messages. If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you.
I can't sign in or didn't get a verification email.
Check your spam folder, then try sending the code again from the sign-in screen. If it still doesn't arrive, email us and include the address you used.
I'm not getting notifications.
Make sure notifications are turned on for The Orbit in your phone's settings, then restart the app.
Is The Orbit a dating app?
No. The Orbit is for finding people to share hobbies and activities with, like sports, games or a walk in the park.
